Very rich, but even one of these rich morsels will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Choco – Peanut Butter Cup


  • 12 Paper Baking Cups - and muffin tins to hold the cups steady
  • 2 Bars of good quality chocolate
  • 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup of Natural Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • Chopped Toasted Peanuts for Garnish - and extra crunch factor


  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a pyrex cup in the microwave as follows.
  • Microwave for 20 seconds. Remove, and check if the chocolate is melted enough. Mix - the mixing blends and melts the chocolate. You may have to do this one or more times - till JUST melted.Place in the microwave for 20 seconds more - remove and mix.
  • Place 2 TBSP of chocolate into each baking cup.- Put the chocolate in the freezer. After about 5 minutes - chocolate should be frozen.
  • No that the chocolate is frozen place a tablespoon of peanut butter on top of the chocolate and
  • spread.
  • Freeze this layer as well - about 5 minutes
  • Now add 2 TBSP chocolate on top and spread. Place a pinch or two of crushed toasted peanuts.
  • When done, keep frozen till ready to serve.
