Cinnamon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 3 ½ lb Chicken cut up - or equal amount of parts you like
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Kosher Salt
  • 1 TBSP Tamari Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup White Wine
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Dry the chicken parts. Place in refrigerator overnight loosely covered with a towel
  • Rub chicken with garlic
  • Pour oil into baking dish
  • Roll chicken in oil to coat then turn skin side up
  • Dust each piece with cinnamon
  • Bake in preheated oven 400 degrees for 30 min.
  • Reduce heat to 350 bake till done
  • Add wine maple syrup to pan deglaze pan
