  • 1 ½ Cups (or 12 ounces) of cubed Smoked Tuna
  • ½ medium Onion diced
  • ½ cup of light Mayonaise
  • 1 - 2 hard boiled eggs
  • a small bunch of fresh parsley or fresh dill
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Garnish with snipped or chopped chives if desired


  • Load your food processor with the tuna and the onion. Start processing.
  • Add the mayo, then the eggs.
  • Taste to check if it is the right consistency.It should be smooth but not so dense that it doesn’t spread easily on a cracker.
  • Add some more mayo if it is too dense.
  • Garnish and serve with crackers, veggies, or fresh crusty bread.
