Raw Oat and Fruit Breakfast Bowl

This is a very chewy and satisfying breakfast. Not one to be eaten on the run. This is a large serving. You can divide the whole oats into two cups and add more fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Oats soaked in water overnight.
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (more options below)
  • 1/2 Chopped Apple - or any fruit
  • Handfull of Raisins - or Dried Cranberries, Gogi Berries, etc.
  • Handfull of Nuts of Choice
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Drain the Whole Oats, and add the orange juice.
  • Top with Apples, Raisins, Nuts.
  • Add a good sprinkling of cinnamon

Notes

In place of orange juice you can use fresh apple cider or even a combination of water, honey, and fresh lemon juice
