Toasted Almond Stuffed Dates


  • 10 Moist Dates like Medjoul variety - Cut in half vertically. Pit the dates (check for worms too)
  • 30 Almonds - Mist quickly and lightly with oil and place in a baking dish. Toast them. Keep an eye that they don't burn.
  • Cinnamon
  • Optional - Chop up a half bar of dark chocolate and position strategically within the dates for added specialness.


  • Stuff each date with 3 toasted almonds
  • Place on a pretty dish.
  • Sprinkle generously with ground cinnamon
