
Roasted Baby Peppers
I’ve been making this Roasted Baby Peppers side dish frequently- and they just disappear at an alarming rate. A great accompaniment to every main dish option.
Ingredients
- As many baby peppers as you want
- Small amount of grapeseed oil to coat the peppers
- You could add a splash of balsamic vinegar - but you don't really have too.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Wash and place baby peppers on a baking tray in one layer
- Coat them lightly with some oil
- Place them in the preheated oven
- Check them after about 5 - 10 minutes
- As soon as they start to char slightly, pull out the tray from the oven and turn them over.
- Repeat same process on the other side of the baby peppers
