
Toasted Almond Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- 10 Moist Dates like Medjoul variety - Cut in half vertically. Pit the dates (check for worms too)
- 30 Almonds - Mist quickly and lightly with oil and place in a baking dish. Toast them. Keep an eye that they don't burn.
- Cinnamon
- Optional - Chop up a half bar of dark chocolate and position strategically within the dates for added specialness.
Instructions
- Stuff each date with 3 toasted almonds
- Place on a pretty dish.
- Sprinkle generously with ground cinnamon
